Although there is no cost for participants to compete at our events each individual competitor is required to hold an accidental medical expenses policy issued by our approved insurance company Washington National.
The Washington National accidental medical expense policy will pay you a benefit each time you get hurt or injured. The benefit is paid directly to you and will help you cover medical bills from accidents, injuries, hospitalizations, or surgeries (related to your injury).
This insurance policy will cover you 24/7 whether and however you get hurt or injured.
work training, competing, biking, running, skateboarding, on the job, or off the job!
Once you are enrolled onto this monthly subscription you can
Accident / Injury policy with Washington National will cover your accidental injuries
insurance coverage approved
There are two levels of coverage that you are able to choose from.
Level 1
Level 2
This Accident / Injury policy with Washington National will cover your accidental injuries, hospitalizations, or surgeries (related to injury) - ON or OFF the Job as well as ON or OFF the Jiu Jitsu mats.
I quoted you with the Level 2 plan and you can review the plan benefits by clicking here >>>>>
*Also, this policy would cover you for BJJ competitions as long as you are not getting paid for competing.
In addition, ;
The policy is $28 per month, it is guaranteed issue (no medical questions asked) and you can cancel the subscription at any time!
The policy allows you to go anywhere with no network restrictions so if you get hurt, just go get treated and it will pay you based on the treatment you need.
I added the physician's office benefit to the policy as well so you can get treatment in a office setting and not just the ER or urgent care.
This policy has no injury cap (no benefit maximum) so the policy will pay guaranteed for each injury throughout the year.
There is also a $75,000 accidental death life insurance policy built into the plan so your beneficiary will get a payment if you died accidentally.
To get this going it's just a phone call (you and I) to get it all set up for you.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,
